The Dress

Gown Front

Gown Side

I have no idea where anyone would really wear a dress like this, but who cares? The skirt
is big and romantic, and the fabric first class. The seams were not as well done as I would have
liked, but then, it is Mattel. All pieces are securied with snaps... no velcro anywhere!

Other Clothing Pieces

This outfit is designed with contrast in mind. The deep brown lace is nothing short of gorgeous.
The jacket is nice, with lots of trim- ribbons, fur, and hand beading- but I have to admit it does
absolutely nothing for me. The floor-sweeping shawl is a much better choice. Her shoes are the classic
open toe style, in the proper brown. And she even has satin panties!

Petticoat

A real, separate petticoat. And it's huge! Reminds me of that scene from 'The King
and I' where the palace girls think Anna's skirts are part of her!

Bad Beadwork

I probably would have been more impressed with the jacket if the beadwork had been organized into some
kind of pattern, rather than in the uneven mess it seemed to be.
